My skills have grown through electronics, practical technical work and continued learning. I have completed my Java studies at ITAcademy and am now focusing on learning Python. The certificates below document my coursework.
Quality & Failure Analysis
Gained in production and quality control at Siemens and Altpro.
- Failure analysis of returned (complaint) devices, with detailed written documentation
- Calibration and measurement of industrial instruments
- Working closely with development teams so findings lead to improvements
Hardware, Systems & Audio
- PC and electronics hardware: assembly, diagnostics, fault finding
- Daily use of Linux, macOS and Windows
- Raspberry Pi 5: headless setup, systemd services, ALSA audio, remote deployment
- Hands-on technician work: appliances, electrics, boilers, renovation
- MILA*: a personal audio streamer in development that I lead from requirements to release (see Projects)
Testing & AI-assisted development
Developed through MILA* (see Projects).
- Reproducing problems, tracing their cause and checking each fix, with automated tests and on the real device
- Safe releases: backups verified by checksum, post-installation checks and automatic rollback
- AI-assisted development: I set the requirements and verify the result; AI coding assistants write much of the implementation

Python — next learning focus
The MILA* backend is written in Python, which makes it my practical route into the language. This is an ongoing learning direction.
